PRICING / ORDERING
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we are forced to have a minimum order of 250 cards to offset the extensive cost of getting local merchants for your cards.
Do we have to pay any money upfront?
Most organization do not have to pay for cards in advance. payment is due within 14 day of receiving the cards, this way you can pay from profits.
Can the unsold cards be returned?
Unsold cards may not be returned, each card project is made specifically for your organization.
ABOUT THE MERCHANTS / OFFERS
How long does it take to secure the offers?
It generally takes 1 to 2 weeks to secure local merchants.
Who secures the businesses for the card?
Easy Fundraising Cards will be responsible for securing the merchant offers for your card.
Do you have select businesses already on board?
We have decided not to go after national contracts with any businesses or
franchises. Companies that state they already have merchant through national agreements are required to add "at participating locations". Since most franchises are independently own, many times the card is not accepted at your local store. this greatly diminishes the value of the card
What kind of businesses participate?
A wide range of businesses participate in the savings card fundraiser. generally over half of the merchants will be restaurants, then also services and entertainment merchants
What kind of offers are on the card?
We suggest that merchants offer a buy one get one free offer or some other discount.
